Adjustable Dripper: Flow Adjustment, Flexible Irrigation

The adjustable dripper allows manual adjustment of each dripper's water output according to crop needs and terrain conditions.

The adjustable dripper is equipped with an adjustment knob, which can be rotated to increase or decrease the opening of the water flow channel, thereby controlling the flow rate to meet specific irrigation needs.

Adjustable drippers are suitable for applications requiring precise water control, such as crop irrigation at different growth stages or mixed crop irrigation with varying water requirements.

It can be directly installed on PE pipes or connected with 1/4" drip tubes, making operation convenient and quick. The water flow is relatively concentrated, suitable for drip irrigation.

Structure
  1. Upper housing rotating cap: Eight-hole outlet
  2. Lower housing: barbed
  3. Internal cylindrical structure: Located at the top of the dripper, by rotating the upper housing, the opening of the flow path inside the dripper can be changed, thereby adjusting the water flow rate.

Working Principle

Water enters the base of the dripper through the pipe, and water pressure pushes the water flow upward into the dripper.

When the red adjustment cap is rotated, the internal cylindrical structure below the cap moves, changing the size of the water flow channel.

The direction and degree of the cap's rotation determine the opening of the water flow channel:

  • Clockwise rotation: It will reduce the opening of the water flow channel, thereby reducing the water output.
  • Counterclockwise rotation: It will increase the opening of the water flow channel, thereby increasing the water output.

The water flows through the adjusted channel towards the outlet. The greater the flow rate, the faster and more water flows out of the dripper. The water finally flows out from the outlet, irrigating in the form of dripping or spraying.

The stake is inserted into the ground for support, with the 1/4" drip tubes connected to the inlet for irrigation. It offers high flexibility and is suitable for irrigating tall-stemmed plants such as tomatoes and cucumbers.
